The Redmond house went on the market a couple of weeks ago and we had a full price offer the next morning. Inspections have been done and repairs are happening and everything seems to be moving along. For those of you who didn't know we have a rental house in Redmond we did not want to deal with any more.
June 1 closing.

And the movers show up here on May 31 and will arrive in Longmont sometime between the 2nd and the 7th. We should arrive in Longmont on the 2nd. Count down!
